Meet Marnique – DGS Baggage Service Officer

Delta Global Baggage Service Agents are responsible for assisting passengers with baggage pickup, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.  The Baggage Service Agent responds to passenger concerns both in person and over the phone. Completes claim incidents and track customer’s baggage. Scan each bag as it arrives into the bag room.  Ensures appropriate attention paid to priority items. The agent handles customer interactions in an efficient, effective and professional manner.
